Shock Deposit Bonus

Eligibility

1. Deposit bonuses are limited to one per person. Accounts identified as the same person, at Shock’s discretion, will not be eligible for the bonus.
2. Accounts identified with the same household, device, IP, or payment account are not eligible for multiple bonuses.
3. Only the first deposit is eligible for the Welcome Bonus. For other deposit bonuses, this does not apply.

Activation & Expiration

1. After making a deposit and agreeing to the bonus terms, the bonus balance will automatically be awarded to the user’s account.
2. If a deposit exceeds the maximum amount to award a bonus, the match amount will be capped.
   1. For example: the welcome bonus maximum deposit is $1,500 for a 100% match. If the user deposits $2,000, the match amount will be based on $1,500 * 100%. The user will receive a total of $2,000 + $1,500 = $3,500.
3. Bonus amounts do not expire. They can be used at any time.

Rollover Requirement

1. Claiming a deposit bonus in a selected currency puts that currency into a “rollover” state. This means that certain rollover requirements are applicable before that currency can be withdrawn.
2. The standard rollover requirement requires the user to have qualified wagers in the amount of 35 * their combined deposit and bonus amount. The multiplier of 35 may be different if stated otherwise.
   1. For example: a $50 deposit with a 100% match results in $50 extra bonus balance. With a 35x rollover requirement, the balance must have $100 * 35 = $3,500 in qualified wagers before it can be withdrawn.
3. Rollover progress is calculated based on a 4% house edge. Each wager will qualify for rollover progress based on the following calculation: wager * (game edge / 0.04) = rollover progress.
   1. For example: a $10 bet on a game with a 5% house edge will qualify for $10 * (0.05/0.04) = $12.50 of rollover progress.
   2. Another example: a $10 bet on a game with a 2% house edge will qualify for $10 * (0.02/0.04) = $5.00 of rollover progress.

Rollover Balance Rules

1. The maximum bet with a rollover balance is $10 or the equivalent in another currency.
2. While wagering with a rollover balance, users receive reduced rewards, wagers toward leaderboards, and affiliate commissions. The amount received for these is dependent upon the match percentage, with the following calculation: deposit amount / (deposit amount + bonus amount).
   1. For example: with a 100% match, the user will receive $10 / ($10 + $10) = 50% rewards. This applies to any deposit amount with this match percentage.
3. Rollover balances may not be wagered on specified games. These games will be automatically disabled with a rollover balance selected.
4. Rollover balances will not count towards participation in promotions, tournaments, and challenges.

Rollover Completion / Forfeiture

1. Reaching 100% rollover progress will complete the rollover and allow the user to withdraw in the selected currency.
2. After claiming a deposit bonus, users can forfeit the bonus amount by contacting support only before it has been wagered. Once the balance has been wagered in any amount, it is no longer forfeitable.
3. If a rollover balance goes below $0.20 or the equivalent amount in another currency, it is automatically forfeited as this is below the minimum bet size for most games.

Fraud and Abuse Prevention

1. Shock may deny, withhold, or withdraw any user participation in this bonus if Shock believes the user is abusing, misusing, or attempting to manipulate the bonus.
2. Shock reserves the right to monitor all user activity prior to withdrawing balance. If a user is found in violation of terms or exhibiting fraudulent, abusive, or unfair gaming practices, Shock has the right to cancel any bonuses and winnings and has grounds for account termination.
3. A person attempting to claim the bonus from multiple accounts or collude with other accounts is grounds for termination of all accounts.
4. Progress in games will not carry over between a rollover balance and a regular balance. Claiming, losing, or completing a deposit bonus of any kind will reset progress for that currency in all games.
5. Bonus terms may be amended at any time.
